Shipping

All books are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.

Our standard shipping uses 2 to 3 days, Priority Mail Flat Rate. Save money with our standard, flat-rate shipping when you purchase multiple copies of one or all three books, up to a total of 70 pounds.  Ships to anywhere in the United States. Please inquire regarding shipping rates outside of the United States. Call (419) 517-3073 or email on orders of 13 or more books.

Book Return Policy

If a customer is not satisfied with a book or books for any content reason, it (they) may be returned so long as the Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is attained within 14 days of delivery. Returned books  must not be marked, changed, or torn in any manner by the customer.

The book or books must be received by Deisher Enterprises, LLC within 30 days of delivery in order to receive a refund.

Deisher Enterprises, LLC will issue a refund for the full order amount less any shipping fees. All returns must be packaged properly for shipping so they will not be damaged in transit.

Manufacturer Defect Policy: For books that are defective in printing, a buyer must contact Deisher Enterprises, LLC dba CashInYourCoins-Book.com. A defectively printed book will be replaced by Deisher Enterprises, LLC at no cost to the customer.

Damaged Goods Policy

Upon receipt of any book, customer must inspect the packaging for any signs of shipping damage. In the event of damage to the packaging, customer must immediately inspect the book for damage and have the delivery person sign on the receipt that the item(s) was damaged in shipping. Customers who sign the delivery receipt without noting that the shipment was damaged may not be eligible for any credit from the shipping company. Customers who note damage on the delivery receipt and still accept the package can file a claim with the shipping company for credit at the shipping company’s discretion.

Privacy Policy/Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit and user specific information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
